Homosexual, junky, literary maverick, father of the Beats and all-around paranoid nut job. Burroughs accidentally killed his wife during a drunken game of William Tell. It is impossible to account for the enormous influence he has had on 20th century underground art, music, and culture. The sentiments expressed in this track seemed like the perfect way to open this complilation.
