All the greatest rock and roll songs are about rock and roll. I wanted to include an American punk classic without actually having to include it. This highly ironic cover of the New York Dolls song turns a rant about celebrity solipsism into a parody of mediocre teenage girl angst. The lyrics included are from the original song. All minor variations are Sonic Youth's.
